Live-in caregivers are individuals who are qualified to provide care for children, elderly persons or persons with disabilities in private homes without supervision. Live-in caregivers must live in the private home where they work in Canada. Several steps are required by both the employer and the employee in order to meet the requirements of the Live-In Caregiver Program.

Families are able to speak to and conduct a phone interview with their prospective caregiver to ensure that there is a personality match. This will provide you with confidence to make the right choice. Keep in mind that our expertise is matching the needs of the family to the talents and personality of the caregiver, as we have been doing successfully since 2004. All candidates must undergo a complete medical screening, thorough reference checks and obtain police clearances prior to their arrival in Canada.

Our staff assists with all travel arrangements and paperwork to ensure that your new caregiver arrives safely. Our caregivers have at least 12 hours of agency training prior to arrival. We are so confident in our placements that we provide a one-year guarantee. In the rare event that our clients are not satisfied with the candidate they have selected, we will work expediently to find a replacement.
