Explanation of the hiring process in detail

Consulting related to the employment of a foreign national worker

Professional assessment of employer needs and requirements

Caregiver reference screening

Immediate presentation of nanny/caregiver profiles that correspond to employer needs

Preparation of employment offer and employment contract

Application for a validation of your employment offer by the Human Resources Development Canada (HRSDC)

Initial pre-calculated payroll deductions

A full orientation package

24/7 case management (For eg. once an employer chooses one of the candidates presented by us, we assign a Case Manager who provides assistance and consulting to the employer until the caregiver arrives at the employer’s home)We offer First Aid and CPR training to all our applicants and stand by our guarantee!
