GC Nexus Live-out nannies are employed and contracted to our company; our clients will therefore be signing a contract with us. This helps us to better meet the needs of our clients, as we are not just placing nannies but are a part of the relationship.
Hiring a nanny that is on our staff will ensure great benefits, as follows:
- We will be responsible for ensuring that our nannies provide the required services on a continuous basis
- We continuously upgrade the skills and training of our nannies with the latest information and techniques
- We ensure a clear channel of communication between the families and nannies
- We facilitate immediate substitution in the event of nanny being absent due to sickness, unforeseen accidents or tradegies.
