Elderly Care Rates

Our fee for an Overseas Caregiver Placement is $995.00 plus taxes.

Our fee is not based on the caregiver’s salary. The ultimate decision regarding salaries is between the employer and the candidate. A deposit of 75% of the fee is due upon selection of the candidate.

The 25% balance of the placement fee is due the day your caregiver arrives. On the day your caregiver commences employment, we will charge your credit card on file for the remainder of the placement fee.

It is the employer’s responsibility to keep payroll records, make appropriate deductions and remit all taxes. We will assist you with the initial process.

Live in Caregiver’s Salary: $10.25/hour              $410 (40 hours weekly)

Our fee for Local Elderly care full-time placement is $995.00 plus taxes.

• 100% Placement fee is due upon selection of the candidate.
  

Our fee for a Local Elderly care part-time placement is $595.00 plus taxes.

The caregiver’s salary will be charged on an hourly basis ranging between $12 – $15 hourly, this is based according to:

• The skill level of the caregiver
• Specialized training and certification for eg RN, newborn et
• Years of experience of the caregiver

Nanny Rates

Our fee for an Overseas Nanny Placement is $995.00 plus taxes.

Our fee is not based on the nanny’s salary. The ultimate decision regarding salaries is between the employer and the candidate. A deposit of 75% of the fee is due upon selection of the candidate.

The balance of the placement fee is due the day your nanny arrives. On the day your nanny commences employment, we will charge your credit card on file for the remainder of the placement fee.

• Live-in Nanny salary: $10.25/hour       $410 gross weekly (40 hours work week)

Our fee for Local full-time placement is $995.00 plus taxes.

• Our placement fee is due upon selection of the candidate.

Our fee for a part-time placement is $595.00 plus taxes.

The nanny’s salary will be charged on an hourly basis ranging between $12 – $15 hourly, this is based according to:

Babysitting On-Call Rates

*Please note: Cancellations made within 24 hours are subjected to a $20 cancellation charge. Cancellations made within 3 hours of commencing service are subject to the 4 hours babysitting fee.

After School Assistance Rates

Our fee for after school placement full-time placement is $995.00 plus taxes.

Our fee for after school placement part-time is $595.00 plus taxes.

Hourly Rates

$13-$15

Hourly rate for 1-2 children with a minimum of 4 hours service

$2 per hour/ per child

Additional Kids up to maximum of 4 per caregiver

$20- $25

Transportation charge for school pick-up with a vehicle

*Please note: Cancellations made within 24 hours are subjected to a $20 cancellation charge. Cancellations made within 3 hours of commencing service are subject to the 4 hours babysitting fee.

**50% off the total is due at booking. The remaining 50% is due immediately upon completion of the service. We offer a full refund if cancellation is received 5 days prior to booking. Cancellations 2-4 days prior to booking will receive 75% of their deposit returned. Cancellations received less than 2 days prior to booking will not receive a refund.

Private Chefs, Butlers, Waiters/ Waitress

Chefs Salary: In-home private cooking or Catered private/ public event
$75- $250 per hour
GC Nexus Booking Fee: $35 per staff for each event

Waiters / Waitress Salary: In-home private event or Catered private / public event
$25 – $50 per hour
GC Nexus Booking Fee: $35 per staff for each event

Butler Salary: Full-time or Part-time placement
$35 – $75 per hour
GC Nexus Placement Fees: 10% of Annual Salary
